We manufacture concrete septic tanks in-house, including single- and two-chamber models in multiple sizes, along with poly septic tanks, distribution boxes, pump chambers, manhole risers, and the effluent filters and accessories that go with them. Manco Septic Solutions first opened its doors in the 1970s, and we have carried the business forward as a family-owned and operated shop for over 30 years. From the beginning, we set out to be the kind of supplier that works with anyone, regardless of how much septic experience they bring to the table. A homeowner replacing a single riser and a contractor sourcing tanks for a subdivision get the same attention from us.
We built our reputation locally first. Many of the customers we serve today live and work close to our Langley yard, and a good number of them have been coming back to us for years. We take on jobs of every size, from a single-family home upgrading an old system to larger commercial and industrial sites that need tanks built to spec, because matching the solution to the property is what we do best.
In 2007, we built a new shop that changed how we operate. The upgrade let us streamline production of our concrete tanks and distribution boxes, increase how much we could manufacture in-house, and back all of it with the kind of customer service we expect from ourselves. That facility is still where our concrete tanks and distribution boxes are formed, cured, and prepared for delivery today.
While the technology and methods have evolved over time, our approach remains rooted in the same customer-focused principles we started out with. We would always prefer to walk a customer through their options over the phone rather than leave them guessing, and we would rather build a tank properly in-house than cut corners to move product faster. That mindset shows up in how we manufacture, how we stock our online store, and how we answer the phone when someone calls with a question about a part they've never had to buy before.
